3. Proprietary Underwriting and Offer Discretion

The Firm maintains zero obligation to execute a transaction or finalize a property acquisition until an explicit, formal, and binding corporate purchase agreement is executed in writing by an authorized corporate officer of LeFlore Holdings and successfully cleared by our designated escrow/title partners.
4. Intellectual Property and Platform Restrictions
The entirety of the content housed on this domain—including but not limited to corporate terminology, strategic capability frameworks, copywriting layout, graphics, and interface structure—constitutes the proprietary intellectual property of LeFlore Holdings.
